Trisha. Trisha was FABULOUS!!! I will come back just because she was so nice and helpful! And yes, that is her job, but I've worked in retail management for a few years now and that was above and beyond! First time shopper turned lifelong shopper. That's what you look for in retail. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The customer service at Francesca's is above and beyond. After walking around all afternoon looking for a dress that was appropriate for a basic training graduation, I was so close to just giving up. I ended up at Francesca's as a last ditch effort, thinking that they didn't carry anything of that caliber, and the two store associates there threw together at least 10 different full outfits for me to try on. I ended up falling in love with one of the outfits, so they also helped me pick some accessories. They were so helpful, attentive, and caring. I'll definitely return.
